I see these “easy string eggs” all over the place online, but rarely see HOW to make them. So I thought I’d put some together, and share the process here; in case you wanted to make some of your own!

So, they’re super easy to make, and you don’t need much in the way of supplies or preparation. There IS however a lot of mess, so what follows is a simple step by step process. Of course these work for any time; depending on the colour, and you can make them any size you like, using thread, or yarn or even string!

Valentines Gifts You Can Send in the Post

I was having a think this week about Happy Mail; and given the time of year, and the current situation here in the UK; it made me think of what Valentines gifts (or “galentines” etc etc) you could send in the post.

Wooden Hanging Hearts – Valentines Crafts

12 Days of Christmas 2020 – Christmas at Trerice

We weren’t sure if we would manage a festive day out this year, what with how this year has been. We did manage to find a little bit of Christmas at Trerice; so headed there for a little walk this week!

Christmas at some of the local National Trust properties; is such a wonderful thing to experience. In the past we have visited Lanhydrock and Trelissick to see the decorations.
