12 Days of Christmas 2019 – 1 – A Look Back on Last Year

12 days of Christmas

Last December, I did something I am not doing this year, I posted every day up until Christmas sharing a wide range of craft projects, baking, days out and guest posts!

This year I will be doing the “12 Days of Christmas”, 12 festive themed posts sharing a wide variety of things, including more crafts, decorating and lifestyle content!

For my first in these Christmas Posts, it seemed only right to talk about Blogmas from last year, and here are some of my most viewed posts:Bright Xmas (6)

I love making handmade cards, and this year is no exception!

I shared a range of card making ideas throughout Blogmas using a variety of styles and methods including stamps, punches and more!

You can find them on the calendar display as Blogmas day 2, Blogmas day 9 and Blogmas day 16 or click the links.

Bauble Wreath (1)I shared several ideas for handmade decorating throughout Blogmas, including a festive tree garland, a Christmas stocking and more!

One of my favourite decorating projects was my bauble wreath, so much so, I plan on making another one this year!

Have you made any Christmas decorations for your home? Are you planning on any handmade projects this year?

One of the best things about this time of year is the food!

I shared some of my favourite festive recipes through my month long endeavour, and if you’re looking for a treat, check out:

Sweet Gingerbread Cupcakes, Simple Shortbread Stars and of course the classic Mince Pies!

Of course there were many more great posts, which are sure to offer some Christmas inspiration! I hope you check it out!

Did you have a favourite post last December? Is there anything you’d love to see me share this month? Will you be blogging this season? Do let me know in the comments!!

Thanks For Reading image

I really enjoyed doing Blogmas, though blogging daily was a very difficult thing to do when you work retail at Christmas time, and so this year I will be posting a little less, but I hope you will still stop by to read! I will of course, as always, be posting on Instagram and Twitter too!
