Well, it’s getting back to normal time for me; this week our store reopens (today in fact); so I’m back to work, and I’ll be heading back to a sort-of normal routine!

I’m off today; so we’re enjoying the very last of the good weather having booked a time-slot at my favourite National Trust property; Lanhydrock. Though of course the house remains closed, we plan on having a nice walk around the gardens and woodland there for a bit!
We’ve had quite a chilled week, really.
Back to Work
I did go back to work a couple of days before we’ve opened; setting up for the shop reopening on Monday and Tuesday, which was kind-of nice; catching up with some of the people I work with; and getting back into the swing of being on my feet for most of the day; instead of largely spending time sat around at home!
We have been out walking some of the time; it’s been such nice weather, even spending some time chilling in the park.

Which I’ll miss, because we’ll probably end up doing this a bit less now I’ll be working half the week!
Upcoming Project?
Other than that I’ve been planning some sewing projects; we went out and I did a bit of fabric shopping recently; picking up some fabric for a dress project I will share soon; and of course this fabric for sewing a new circle skirt! Isn’t it pretty?!
Check out my last circle skirt here.

Other than that I’ve been slowly working on some cross-stitch. I haven’t been doing a lot, of crafting generally, but the summer seems to always create something of a lull! Are you working on anything at the moment?
Other than that I’ve been reading The Princess Bride, as well as rewatching all of the Jurassic Park and Jurassic world movies!
What have you been up to this week? Let me know on Twitter, or any of my other social media – (see below).
