12 Days of Christmas 2021 – The Holiday Tag

I am almost shocked I’ve managed three posts on time already, and all being well this post is now four in a row! I’m starting each week with a share of my December bullet journal spread for the week, and something extra, today that’s The Holiday Tag!

We all know by now I love a good tag post, and it’s always a fun chance for a bit of Q and A! If you ever have any questions for me, don’t hesitate to ask.

This Week’s Bujo Spread

I’ve gone for some pretty blues and silver this week, with silver bells, and the lyrics to Carol of the Bells! This page has much more of a shimmer to it, than the photo’s show.

I really liked this weeks look. It’s not as vibrant as some of the upcoming weeks but it’s very inkeeping with how I’d like this week to go; simple!! I’ll be working a lot in the coming days, and very much looking forward to a rest in the evenings!

The Holiday Tag

This Holiday Tag was shared over at Mind Beauty Simplicity, and so I couldn’t resist! Do head on over to check out Bee’s answers right here.

What is your favorite holiday movie?

I LOVE Christmas movies, I’ve even blogged about it quite a bit.

My must watch on Christmas Eve is Santa Claus the Movie, which is definitely not THE BEST Christmas movie, but I’ve watched it every year for as long as I can remember. I was actually officially released the day after I was born!

We also watch the Patrick Stewart version of A Christmas Carol on Christmas eve too!

For more of our Christmas favourites, check out this post.

What is the best way to celebrate a Saturday in December?

Currently, it’s my day off each week, so relaxing; enjoying some down time and watching good movies with some festive snacks!

What’s your favorite holiday song?

I love Christmas music! Currently my favourite is probably Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, You Make it Feel Like Christmas. It’s just a nice, fun song! (I do think it needs an extra chorus on the end though, it has a weird finish…)

What do you typically eat during the Holidays?

I feel like I’m gonna be judged for this question; so, lots of things!

Lebkuchen. Which is a German gingerbread small cake type thing. They’re extremely moreish.

Which fictional character would you want to spend the holidays with?

We just sat and named about five… Honestly… I mean Tim Allen’s Santa would be pretty cool. He’s got pretty decent taste in music, and Stu and him both like cars, so it’d be good company!

Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer?

Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner (Dunder), Blitzen (Blitzem), Rudolph…. And Chet.

Where would you like to visit during the holiday season?

We were lucky to experience the Christmas markets in Prague a few years ago, and it was rather special. We were there for my Birthday, so a little before Christmas, before it got too chaotic, and that was ideal.

Do you like receiving or giving gifts better?

I love choosing what to get for people. I also like making gifts, and cards. OF course it’s nice to get things too, but giving is my favourite part.

What is the best gift you’ve ever received?

Getting my Epiphone Hummingbird for my 30th birthday was amazing. Not a Christmas gift, though my birthday’s just under 4 weeks from Christmas, so it can count right? It was my dream guitar, so yeah…
