Day 5! In case you missed it; It’s that time again, A-Z Challenge season! This month I am keeping things simple, sharing makes, past and present, as well as a few I’ll try to create just for the challenge! Today brings us to a hot topic this month, with Easter and seasonal cards.

Each post I will try to share around five or six pics of handmade cards, using different styles, methods and elements. For an added challenge, I will be working entirely from my craft stash! (I do have a ridiculous amount of papers, embelishments and what not to use!)
The April A-Z Challenge
What is it all about? Basically posting every day throughout April, except Sundays. Following the alphabet, whether keeping to a theme or otherwise. It’s a great challenge, and one of my favourite parts is meeting other bloggers!

An A-Z of Handmade Cards
This year for MY April A-Z Challenge; I have chosen a running theme of handmade cards. Although I make cards for every occasion, it is rare these days, for me to actually share them! So throughout April I will be sharing cards I have made, to both share, and perhaps inspire others to give card making a try! I will endeavour to use a variety of creative methods, covering many every-day events.
Easter and Seasonal Cards
Even if the theme is something so simple as classic seasonal imagery, I still have a bit of a “vibe” throughout. I thought I’d break today in half once more, and share some Easter cards, followed by three other seasonal card ideas. I have of course shared plenty more, so feel free to check out the seasonal posts above.

We don’t really DO Easter cards, but they’re fun for a bit of happy mail and such. While not Easter themed a couple of these definitely have a very springtime feel about them.

If you’d like any of the cards from the challenge, get in touch… We could sort something out maybe!
I make cards year round, for Mother’s Day, Birthdays and of course Christmas time, mostly. Here are a few of my other seasonal cards.

I definitely think I work quite seasonally in terms of colour…
I hope you will join me throughout the month for the challenge, and of course, I would love to hear from you in the comments below. Feeel free to share your favourite card featured, or a related story! If you’re taking part in the challenge, I’d love to visit, but please leave a relevant comment if leaving a link.

Once upon a time I did a lot of rubberstamp artwork but nowadays I use my sketch designs to create personalized greeting cards mainly for family. Rubberstamp art is very fun and a great way to get creative. 🙂
I like too many methods to stick to one!
I have to admit I’m sharing more basic paper and cardstock based cards this month as I’m stashbusting lol!
Your cards are lovely! I used to scrapbook a lot and loved working with fun paper. Maybe when I retire in a few years, I can start back. By the way, I’m visiting from A to Z!
I haven’t done any scrapbooking for ages! I used to do that too (I think at least one is lurking on the blog somewhere!)
Thanks for visiting!
