Day 5! In case you missed it; It’s that time again, A-Z Challenge season! This month I am keeping things simple, sharing makes, past and present, as well as a few I’ll try to create just for the challenge! Today brings us to a hot topic this month, with Easter and seasonal cards.
Each post I will try to share around five or six pics of handmade cards, using different styles, methods and elements. For an added challenge, I will be working entirely from my craft stash! (I do have a ridiculous amount of papers, embelishments and what not to use!)

Easter isn’t a massive thing, and I try to come up with a few ideas, just to make some token posts here on the blog, to be seasonally relevant, and also to maybe (as ever) inspire you to get creative! Today I am sharing some cute and easy Easter felt characters!
If you have more Easter craft ideas, feel free to share a link in the comments!

I thought I’d share something a little different on the blog today! I’ve given quilling a bit of a go over the last year (I am by NO MEANS any sort of expert!) but I thought I’d attempt to bring in spring with some floral Easter quilling!
It’s been a mixed bag so far this month in terms of weather, so I thoguht I’d dig out my bright coloured paper strips and create something floral and fun!

I see these “easy string eggs” all over the place online, but rarely see HOW to make them. So I thought I’d put some together, and share the process here; in case you wanted to make some of your own!
So, they’re super easy to make, and you don’t need much in the way of supplies or preparation. There IS however a lot of mess, so what follows is a simple step by step process. Of course these work for any time; depending on the colour, and you can make them any size you like, using thread, or yarn or even string!

When thinking about Easter this year; and how I was going to create content aimed at everyone, not just kids; I geared my thoughts more towards home, than Easter itself. One easy thing to do; for any season, is creating a simple table runner to set the tone for the season.
A table runner Kay, Really? Honestly, it’s true though. We don’t have much in the way of dressing for our dinner table; (which is usually home to piles of junk; and very occasionally my sewing machine). It’s mostly covered with an oilcloth tablecloth, with a bright funky diner design. But sometimes it’s nice to clear it off and actually eat there; and making a bit of a feature of it, makes it more special. And it’s EASY!

As we’re still in Lockdown; and I wanted to up my seasonal content; I’ve been looking for some fun Easter crafting. Mostly because I just want fun things to work on! I was checking out some quick things to do and found some cute mini Easter Canvas squares, which seemed just the thing!
So I love a bit of colouring, it’s relaxing, and colour in canvasses are easy to do with a handful of pens, if you don’t want the hassle of dealing with paint! I should point out, although I have worked with Hobbycraft in the past; this post is not sponsored; I just wanted to share it!

I’ve not done a lot in the way of seasonal crafting, aside from Christmas! So I thought, in the spirit of Lockdown fun, I would work on something for Easter! I’ll be busy in April, but thought I’d share it now. I picked up this cute Easter cross stitch kit from Hobbycraft online.
starting small I suppose, but who knows maybe I’ll do something else next year too. In the meantime it’s nice to work on something a bit different!

Now that we’re into April, it’s all about getting ready for Easter! This is a great excuse for some cute craft projects; and I thought I’d try out some of the different things I could make with my Cricut Maker!
This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Cricut. The following opinions and text are my own.
To begin I had a relaxed evening after work; and checked out the Design Space, and found so many cute Easter Crafts available!

Is it just me or is this year flying by now?! I can’t believe we’re at the end of another month! Here are my April scrapbook pages…
April was a fairly quiet month, obviously Easter was really early, showing up on the first, (we had no practical jokes, however tempting!) Of course we managed to visit Godolphin too which was a lovely sunny day out!
