Day 9! In case you missed it; It’s that time again, A-Z Challenge season! This month I am keeping things simple; sharing makes past and present, as well as a few I’ll try to create just for the challenge! Today I thought I’d go with a method rather than a theme, with inking and stamping for cards.
Each post I will try to share around five or six pics of handmade cards; using different styles, methods and elements. For an added challenge, I will be working entirely from my craft stash! (I do have a ridiculous amount of papers, embelishments and what not to use!)
Throughout Blogmas I will be sharing some different ideas for handmade gifts and other items! Today I am sharing this easy quick project that makes a great stocking filler gift! A great, quick handmade gift idea is cross stitch bookmarks!
As a cross-stitch project these are quick and easy to make; great for beginners as you really can make them as simple as anything, using patterns and abstract designs. Though if you are more experienced, you can choose a more challenging design.
I used to do quite a few of these Throwback Thursday posts, partly because craft projects take time, and I’ve been blogging for so long, that it’s a great chance to share things I’ve made from before the blog. I got the inspiration share this after a post on the Me to You bear Instagram.
My go-to craft used to be cross-stitching so I have a fair few photos of completed projects, as well as cards eyc, so I thought I would return to sharing a few on the blog when I have a quiet week!
