Now that we’re into April, it’s all about getting ready for Easter! This is a great excuse for some cute craft projects; and I thought I’d try out some of the different things I could make with my Cricut Maker!
This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Cricut. The following opinions and text are my own.
To begin I had a relaxed evening after work; and checked out the Design Space, and found so many cute Easter Crafts available!

If there is any single craft item on my ultimate wish list; it is the Cricut Maker. The ultimate smart cutting machine! For someone that does as varied a selection of crafts as I do, it is truly a craft room must-have, for so many reasons.
This is a sponsored conversation; written by me on behalf of Cricut. All of The following opinions and text are my own.
The hard thing for me, is that it doesn’t come cheap, so is it something I could make the best use of? Is it right for me? What does it do? I’m sure there are others out there who feel the same way. If that’s you, read on!

Valentines Day, is something neither Stu or I take very seriously, though we sometimes give fun gifts to each other anyway! Valentines day is only a couple of weeks after Stu’s birthday; so we tend to be fairly relaxed about it. But I love a bit of seasonal crafting, so, here are some crafty Valentines gift ideas!
This post contains items sent to me from Hobbycraft as a gift. These gifted items are clearly marked with an *
It is however a chance to do a bit of crafting here on the blog; though I would say that although some are Valentines product; they could so easily be gifts for many occasions; from birthdays, anniversaries to Mothers Day (March 31st this year, UK readers), and of course weddings!

This time of year especially, it is nice to send a little note of thanks to certain people. I thought I’d share some fun creative Thank You card ideas in this post. Of course I make all of my cards, but even if this is not the usual, it can be a nice personal touch to thank somebody for a gift.

I’ve created handmade cards for so long, but I don’t really share them on the blog anymore! I thought I’d take this opportunity in a fairly quiet month, to look back at some of my favourite makes!
I keep planning on sharing, my cards nowadays, and then don’t! So in the meantime, I’m digging out some pics of old handmade cards, so excuse the weird cropping and bad lighting…

I am a self-confessed stationery addict. Needing to stay organised; I have notebooks all over the place; an essential for everyone, blogger, traveller or just those that are busy! But recently have been utterly lost because my handbag sized notebook ran out; and I hadn’t got round to buying one! I just couldn’t find one that suited what I needed…
It is used for a lot; mostly blog planning and social media, but considering I’m also running #CraftBlogClub, I note down chat plans too. And then there’s day-to-day to-do list stuff.
Chatting on #CraftBlogClub fairly recently Sarah was sharing her handmade Traveller Notebooks from her site: Adventure Accessories. Which are utterly beautiful –

It is finally time to share my Disneyland Paris Anniversary scrapbook! The Disneyland Paris 25th Anniversary celebrations; was our second Disney holiday back in 2017. Of course I always planned to create a scrapbook of the trip, but it took me over a year to actually get it done!
Now the book is finally finished; and of course I’m really pleased with it! So, of course; I took some photos of my layouts and thought I’d share it here on the blog!
If you’d like to see more of my travel scrapbooks, let me know. I have different books from a few different places, including Prague, our first Disney trip and Paris, and a few of different years of general scrapbooking, so leave me a comment if you enjoy this post and would like to see more!

The EK Tools Circle Punch in this post was gifted, all opinions are my own.
As a paper crafter (OK amongst many things!) I am really familiar with EK Success, their stickers, papers and punches are well-known and widely available online, even here in the UK, my Amazon wishlist contains far too many of their products (Disney range much!) This is of course even before I mention my slight Smash Book addiction (I’m up to six)
I follow them on Instagram; because they post loads of fun project ideas and inspiration!
Recently I was a bit cheeky, and admitting I didn’t have a circle punch, I jokingly asked if they’d send me one to take part in a challenge over on Instagram… And to my surprise they did! Very quickly I received this EK Tools Large Punch – 2 ½” circle punch. Obviously a HUGE thank you goes out to them! I’ve wanted one of these for ages!
I said as they had been so kind I would review it here on the blog, so here we go….

And we’re at the end of another month! We’re having such a lovely summer too; so, before the month is out, here are my July scrapbook pages!
As we’re over half way, in case you’re new to the blog; a bit of an explanation: I tend to do a simple book every year; just to have something more than photos on a computer. For the last few years it’s been a Smash book, but I have a small 8x8ish ring-bound scrapbook this year!
Previous month: June
